Harper McKenzie Consulting provides grief coaching, strategic consulting, and speaking services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Grief Coaching Disclaimer

Harper McKenzie Consulting provides grief coaching and supportive services and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or emergency mental health care.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. Grief coaching is not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled through our booking system or by direct arrangement. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment before future sessions.

Confidentiality

The content of coaching sessions is confidential. We will not share information discussed during sessions with third parties without your consent, except as required by law (e.g., mandated reporting of harm to self or others).

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Harper McKenzie Consulting and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Harper McKenzie Consulting provides coaching and consulting services in good faith. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from the application of advice or strategies discussed during our engagements. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
